Sarah Beeny’s Little House Big Plans | Channel 4 30 June 2022

Junior Bake Off | Channel 4 28 January 5:00pm

Episode 4

Property expert Sarah Beeny and award-winning architect Damion Burrows meet the people brave enough to take on the challenge of converting their small living spaces into bigger places. Little House Big Plans reveals that no matter how small your home or how tight your budget, you can create your own grand design. In this episode, we meet novice DIYers Chrissy and Nick from Poole, who jumped into the property market when they bought a pokey, outdated, three-bed 1930s semi. They want to make more space by reconfiguring the area to create an open-plan kitchen-diner. But with their budget spent, they are attempting to finance their renovations from pay cheque to pay cheque. In London, Damion visits Graham and Stephen, who had big plans to bring the outside in and transformed their Victorian terrace into a modern, spacious home with an indoor garden. Damion also meets Alex and Lise from Plymouth, whose supersized plan was to transform their three-bed bungalow into a seven-bedroom, three-floor home with the help of a modular building company. Series Prod: Fay Gibson; Exec Prods: Kerry Brierley, Elaine Hackett; Prod Co: Crackit Productions
