Junior Bake Off | Channel 4 28 January 5:00pm

(2019) 123 mins 12A

Fantastical adventure-comedy sequel starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart and Karen Gillan, the second follow-up to the 1995 classic Jumanji. Two years after the events of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, the four school friends who were trapped in the Jumanji video game make plans to meet and catch up after their first year out of school. Spencer (Alex Wolff), however, is nervous about seeing his old pals, embarrassed that his life isn’t quite as interesting as theirs. The night before they’re due to meet, he instead gets Jumanji out and escapes into the in-game world of exciting, animal-filled capers. When Spencer doesn’t show, his friends visit his house and realise what he’s done. Looks like they’ll have to return to Jumanji to rescue him. But this time, they’re joined by Spencer’s grandad Eddie (Danny DeVito) and his bickering ex-business partner Milo (Danny Glover), who are inadvertently sucked into the game as well. Can this motley crew of explorers find Spencer and bring him back to the real world? Also starring Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, Rory McCann and Colin Hanks.
