The two finalists are challenged to make over two pubs in a busy tourist hotspot in Brighton. One designer will be transforming an award-winning gastro pub with a field to fork ethos, while the other competitor is tasked with turning a traditional pub into a fun day-to-night venue aimed at a younger clientele. Once the challenge is compete, the pair head back to the design studio where they are cross examined by Alan and the judges. Who will be crowned this year’s winner?
