Red Planet Pictures and BBC One have announced the new spin-off series of Death in Paradise, Beyond Paradise, which will be available on iPlayer and BBC One from Friday 24th February 2023. The show stars Kris Marshall as DI Humphrey Goodman, Sally Bretton as Martha Lloyd, Zahra Ahmadi as DS Esther Williams, Dylan Llewellyn as PC Kelby Hartford and Felicity Montagu as office support Margo Martins.
The series follows Humphrey and Martha as they move to Martha’s hometown near the Devonshire coast and Humphrey joins the local police force. The team are thrown in at the deep end as they investigate a variety of cases, from a family mysteriously disappearing without a trace to a body found in a crop circle. Along the way, Humphrey and Martha must also navigate their relationship and the challenges of setting up life in a new town.
In Beyond Paradise, viewers will see Humphrey take on a new approach to police work as he and the Shipton Abbott squad tackle a range of bizarre cases. The show is sure to keep viewers on their toes as Humphrey and Martha also face life’s ups and downs.
The new Death in Paradise spin-off, Beyond Paradise, will be available on BBC One and iPlayer from Friday 24th February 2023.
