Maggie’s father passed when she was a teenager and the family moved to the UK bringing his guitar with them, now she’s hoping the repair shop can bring it back to life for her musical grandchildren. Malcolm from the West Midlands bring the team an old fishing reel that once belonged to his grandad Wilf. Expert Steve Fletcher has a turn at fixing up the jammed-up reel so Malcolm can return to the water. Suzie Fletcher is tasked with fixing up Catherine’s pig-shaped footstool named Pogo. Originally given as an engagement gift from her grandfather to her grandmother over 70 years ago, the stool has had pride of place in the living rooms of three generations of her family

After being exposed to lead poisoning as a child Mark gave up his hobby of glass-blowing and spent 35 years working in the voluntary sector but when we was made redundant, Mark put his savings into setting up his own studio and getting back into glass-blowing. Victor was introduced to pottery by an art therapist during treatment for his anxiety. His clay sculptures have artistic flair but when he adds flourishes to his tableware it takes too long to make them profitable. The pair have two months to prove they have the skill and ambition to make it at market
